Logbook Installation Instructions.
Please be sure you have selected the correct install files for your Operating System.
WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL THE XP SOFTWARE ON A VISTA SYSTEM. ON SOME SYSTEMS THIS HAS DISABLED THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD DIVES FROM THE ORIGINAL N2ITION TO THE LOGBOOK SOFTWARE. AT THIS TIME THE XP VERSIONS SEEM TO BE FULLY FUNCTIONAL ON XP SYSTEMS.
!!AGAIN!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL XP SOFTWARE ON A VISTA MACHINE. THIS INCLUDES USING THE XP COMPATABILITY FEATURE WITHIN VISTA. IT WILL NOT WORK AND MAY PREVENT THE VISTA VERSIONS FROM WORKING CORRECTLY.
NOTE: At this time Zeagle cannot guarantee the reliability of the logbook software. The reliability of the logbook software in no way effects the reliability or functionality of the N2ition dive computers themselves. The setup files contained within are early releases and may contain bugs that could cause inconsistent functionality of the logbook software. At this time Zeagle is working to correct any found bugs and will release fixes and updates as they become available. If you experience any bugs while using the logbook software please report them to info@zeagle.com. We cannot reply to every email sent but we appreciate every feedback given to us.
- Do not install any USB download link drivers until you install the logbook software and its plug-ins.
- Shutdown ANY logbook software running.
- Extract the setup files to your computer.
- Run the setup files and follow the prompts given.
- Run the plug-in setup files and follow the prompts for both files.
- Open the logbook software and select your computer model.
- Connect your PC Download Kit to an available USB port.
- Allow the drivers to load onto your system.
- Run the logbook software.
