Ken Jones wins 1st Place

Ken Jones an avid Spearfisherman, entered the 2004 St. Pete Open Spearfishing Tournament held each August in the Gulf of Mexico, off-shore from St. Petersburg Florida. This tournament is only a few miles from the Zeagle factory in Zephyrhills and a number of Zeagle employees have participated.
Ken is seen here with his prize winning catch. This fish ended up beating a 23 year old tournament record. It weighed 64lbs, and it was Ken's first Cubera.
Ken had first choice of prizes on the table and went for a new Zeagle Flathead-VI regulator. During the interviews Ken said "As an SPUC (St. Petersburg Underwater Club) member, I would like to thank Zeagle Systems for supporting the 2004 St. Pete Open. I was very happy to see the Flathead regulator on the prize table. I spoke with other SPUC members and they love their Zeagle regs. I can't wait to get back to the Elbow to try it out. Hopefully, if I win next year, there will be a Ranger BC on the table!"
