p/n 8033 Tech Utility Pocket
Two 3" webbing straps mounted vertically on the back of the pocket as well as a single 9" webbing strap mounted vertically on the back of the pocket allow it to be mounted on the BC waistband. Grommet holes are also positioned on the webbing to allow the pocket to be directly mounted to the vest using screw fasteners (not included).

Back side of pocket shown. The center strap is 2" wide webbing that runs from top to bottom of the pocket with a grommet set at the top. This is flanked by two 1/2" webbing straps with a 3" opening.
