FREE SHIPPING

Zeagle.com offers Free FedEx Ground shipping in the 48 contiguous states of the USA on all orders $199 and over, and in Canada on all orders over $250. Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

SHIPPING DEADLINE

At Zeagle, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Orders received by 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders received after 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

IN A HURRY?

We offer FedEx Express Saver (typically 3-day delivery time) and FedEx Standard Overnight.

FedEx Ground shipping will typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

ZEAGLE.COM RETURN POLICY

Zeagle exposure-wear products are made of the highest quality material available. Our goal is to keep you warm and protected from the elements on all of your adventures. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but we know that finding the right size can be tough!

We get it—investing in a new suit is a huge commitment. That’s why, if your Zeagle purchase doesn’t fit how you expected, you have two full weeks to return it. Period.

It’s just another way that—in-and-out of the water—Zeagle’s got you covered.

If you would like to make a return, please note the following:

  • Items purchased online at zeagle.com must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • All returns must include original packaging with tags and/or labels, even if the product has been used.
  • An original receipt or order number must be submitted to complete the return process.
  • Items purchased at a physical retailer or on a third-party website cannot be returned through zeagle.com and must be returned to the original point of purchase (subject to the point of purchase return policy).

RETURNING A PURCHASE ON ZEAGLE.COM

Go to the Zeagle Return Form, and complete the information requested. The link to the return form can also be found on your order confirmation email. Shipping instructions will also included in your confirmation email.

  1. A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be issued once you have completed and submitted the return form.
  2. Print your original receipt and write the RA # on the receipt.
  3. Package up your item securely and include the receipt and RA# inside the package.

CREDIT

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. zeagle.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
