What brought you to the Zeagle brand of products?
There’s no doubt I was drawn to Zeagle products when investing in my own scuba or snorkeling gear. I’d invest in Zeagle gear over and over again because of how comfortable and customizable any piece of gear is. From masks, fins, BCD, and regulators – Zeagle is the way to go.
Why do you use Zeagle for your job as a PADI Assistant Instructor?
As a PADI Assistant Instructor, I use Zeagle gear to portray an excellent example to students and divers of what a confident diver looks like above and below water with reliable and trusted gear.
How has Zeagle equipment improved your work?
As a dive professional, my job seems effortless because of the confidence my Zeagle gear gives me. This confidence allows me to give the majority of my attention to my customers, by ensuring their dive is fantastic and pointing out amazing aquatic life to them.
What do you enjoy most about the functionality of Zeagle products?
The simplicity is what I enjoy most about the functionality of Zeagle gear. For example, the Zeagle Zena BCD makes you feel comfortable automatically, while the back-inflate style shows off its streamlined feature and still gives you ample amount of room to add on different types of gear add-ons like a camera, dive knife, flashlight, and slates.
Can you talk about the customization options available from Zeagle?
One of my favorite features from Zeagle is the customization options. With Royal Blue being my favorite color, my Zeagle gear can be decked out in Royal Blue! With Blue accents on my F8 Regulator and a Floral Blue front panel on my Zena BCD, my Zeagle gear is customized to my ocean-themed style.
How important is reliability in your diving gear, and how does Zeagle meet those needs?
Whether you’re a newer diver or a dive professional, having reliable gear is super important and your life support during your underwater adventure. The confidence and comfort you have while using Zeagle gear will ensure you’re enjoying your adventure while knowing your gear is safe and reliable.
What makes the investment in Zeagle equipment worthwhile for professional divers?
Investing in your own scuba or snorkeling Zeagle gear as a dive professional is worthwhile because you’ll become trustworthy, comfortable, and confident on any dive with other divers or students. This allows your divers and students to trust you as a mentor from the moment you meet to the moment you’re back from the dive. Trusting in your gear gives off a contagious confidence feeling that your divers and students want to experience.
Can you share a specific experience where Zeagle equipment made a significant difference in your work?
Before heading out to experience a 2-tank drift dive along Florida’s vibrant coral reefs with customers who have never experienced a drift dive before, we met at the local dive shop to get them fitted for gear. After trying on and testing the Zeagle rental gear, these customers were very excited to splash in. Once on the boat and setting up our gear, the customers noticed my gear was also Zeagle and said they began to feel more comfortable knowing their dive professional uses the same brand of gear in the rental fleet.
Needless to say, our dive together was EPIC! These customers drifted along the reef in a moderate current with perfect buoyancy and were able to glide through schools of fish while spotting multiple sea turtles and sharks. Back on the boat, they expressed how comfortable they felt and with only a few dives in their dive logs, those two dives were the most confident they’ve felt while scuba diving. They realized how important it is to use safe and reliable gear, and decided to purchase their own Zeagle gear for future dives. As a dive professional, seeing the excitement and confidence grow in the divers you take on an underwater adventure fuels your passion and love for this sport and it all starts with comfortable and reliable gear.
How has Zeagle impacted your overall diving experience?
I’ve been diving for seven years and my overall diving experience has improved tremendously over the years. After each dive, you grow as a diver by figuring out what’s beneficial for you to have a safe and fun dive. Once I splashed in with Zeagle gear, my confidence boosted along with my passion for this amazing sport. With that confidence, I’m able to strive as a dive professional.
